Hands-on AI training / Europe

Learn AI by
doing the work.

Your team doesn't need another presentation.
They need a place to try.

I show your team how to use AI on a real task. Then they do it themselves, with guidance as they go.

01 / A real starting point

Make a customer reply useful.

A customer asks when their order will arrive. You have their question, but no confirmed delivery date.

Illustrative workshop example. No customer data.
A small example of how we learn together.

START WITH THE WORK

What could your team
do differently tomorrow?

We choose a task that matters to your team and work through it together. Ask better questions. Check the answer. Know what not to share.

COMMUNICATION

Write with purpose.

Turn rough notes into a useful first draft. Practise customer replies without losing your team's voice.

EVERYDAY WORK

Make sense of the detail.

Work through long documents and messy information. Learn to spot what is missing and what needs checking.

✓

AI LITERACY

Keep people in control.

Understand unreliable answers, sensitive information and the role of human review in everyday AI use.

NOT A WORKSHOP TO SIT THROUGH

I show you.
You try it.
We check it together.

01

Check your AI tools first.

Before the webinar or workshop, we look at which AI tools your team is using and what they are allowed to use. That way, everyone is ready to take part.

02

Choose the task.

We talk about your team's work and the tools they're allowed to use. Examples stay free of confidential and personal information.

03

Get hands-on.

I walk through the task. Your team tries it, changes their instructions and asks the awkward questions.

04

Check what matters.

We look at accuracy, missing context and whether the output is useful. Your team makes the final decision.

AI LITERACY + THE EU AI ACT

Understand the tool.
Understand its limits.

Practical training includes the risks that matter to your team's use of AI. The EU AI Act is part of the context, not the whole story.

A workshop is one part of your AI literacy work, not a promise of compliance. Practical training, not legal advice or an EU-issued certification.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi, I'm Fredrik.

I'm Fredrik, founder of DrIHP: Doctor, I Help People.

I don't want your team to leave impressed by a demo they can't repeat. I want them to try the task, ask questions and understand what they're doing.

That's why the workshop puts your team in the driving seat.

LET'S START WITH YOUR TEAM

to get better at?
